Prof. Carlos Moreno: 15-Minute Cities and Planning for the Public Good

Carlos Moreno (Scientific Director of the Research Lab ETI, IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School, University Panthéon Sorbonne) on the ‘15-minute city’, a concept he coined in 2016, that advocates for polycentric growth where daily necessities and services can be reached via a 15-minute walk/bike ride or by public transport.

Prof. Moreno is a globally renowned scientist and the scientific advisor to the mayor of Paris and has recently launched the Global Observatory of Sustainable Proximities.
