Our Commitment

WRI India is committed to the highest standards of integrity, accountability and transparency in all its operations. This Whistleblower Policy provides a channel for employees, consultants, vendors, interns, volunteers and other stakeholders to report concerns about unethical behavior, actual or suspected fraud, or violations of WRI India’s policies — confidentially and without fear of retaliation. 

We are committed to creating an environment where open and honest communication is encouraged, and where individuals feel comfortable raising concerns in good faith.

Ethics Reporting

You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of WRI India’s Code of Conduct, workplace policies, or other organizational standards.

Examples of issues that can be reported include, but are not limited to: 

  • Bullying, harassment or discrimination
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Fraud, theft or bribery
  • Falsification of documents or records
  • Violations of WRI India policies or the Code of Conduct

Report concerns in good faith through any of the above channels. Individuals may also raise concerns directly with a member of the Human Resources (HR) team.

Reports can be submitted anonymously using the secure reporting form available through the web portal. Anonymous disclosures will be reviewed and investigated if they contain relevant information. WRI India is committed to reviewing all concerns received through these reporting channels and taking appropriate action where necessary.

WRI India ensures that the identity of the whistleblower will be kept confidential to the extent possible. WRI India strictly prohibits retaliation, harassment or victimization of any individual who raises a concern in good faith.  

While individuals are encouraged to raise concerns in good faith, knowingly false or malicious reports may lead to appropriate action.
