Equitable access to mobility is an essential prerequisite for creating healthy, resilient, and empowered communities that can engage in economic and social activities. However, vulnerable groups, especially women and girls, lack access to safe and affordable transport options, and thus have limited access to opportunities for education, healthcare, employment, and community participation.
