Trishalini Donga is a Junior Associate with the Geo Analytics team at WRI India and currently works remotely from Hyderabad. In her role, she supports data analytics and statistical assessments across projects.

Before joining WRI India, Trishalini worked as a Data Analyst at Deloitte, where she supported leadership and business teams through reporting and analysis. Her responsibilities included creating, validating, and maintaining recurring and ad hoc reports for performance tracking and strategic assessments. She also coordinated between technical and business teams, helping translate analytical insights into clear and actionable outputs.

Trishalini holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science from Bhavans Vivekananda College, Hyderabad. Her academic background has equipped her with a strong foundation in quantitative analysis and data-driven problem solving.

Outside of work, Trishalini enjoys baking, working on crafts, and painting.
