Shikha Aggarwal is a Manager – Finance at WRI India, where she has been overseeing the organisation’s Operations and Institutional Budget for the past five years. She monitors operational and institutional expenses and prepares monthly financial projections and reports for the senior management team. She has successfully implemented the Cost & Pricing (C&P) function at WRI India, streamlining funder query resolution and supporting timely financial reporting to donors. Shikha brings six years of prior experience across consultancy services, banking, and retail, with a strong background in budgeting, MIS reporting, auditing, ERP systems, and accounting operations. She is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Commerce. Outside of work, Shikha enjoys watching films, listening to Hindi film music, and exploring different cuisines.
