Mitali Dohroo is a Senior Manager in the Human Resources team at WRI India, where she leads the Learning and Development function and contributes to broader talent management initiatives. Her work focuses on building leadership capability, strengthening organizational culture, and enhancing employee experience. She is also an active member of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives at both the India and global levels, and supports the development of HR policies and programs that foster engagement and growth across the organization.

Mitali holds a doctorate in Human Resources, with her research focusing on leadership, organizational culture, and human resource practices. She has published work on topics such as Green and Sustainable HRM, ethical leadership, high-performing organizations, and culture.

With over a decade of experience, Mitali has worked across Big Four consulting firms, corporates, start-ups, the development sector, and academia. Mitali is passionate about coaching, supporting managers and leaders in building self-awareness, strengthening leadership capabilities, and navigating complex workplace challenges. She strongly work on creating inclusive, people-centered workplaces and enabling leaders to build strong, purpose-driven teams.

Outside of work, Mitali enjoys traveling, reading, practicing meditation, and baking for friends and family.
