Juhi brings over four years of professional experience, including experience in the nonprofit sector. Her work has strengthened her expertise in recruitment, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. She is particularly interested in people practices that help organisations attract, develop and retain talent committed to creating lasting social and environmental impact.

Juhi holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management. Her academic background, combined with her professional experience, has shaped her interest in organisational development, people management and the role of human resources in supporting organisational effectiveness.
