Bio

Dolma Sharma is an Associate in the Human Resources department at WRI India, where she is part of the Talent Acquisition team. Apart from supporting talent acquisition, which includes recruitment, onboarding, and vendor management, she also supports the Social Media outreach initiatives for the HR team, as well as the Employee Wellness and Assistance Program and internal HR research.

Dolma has a master's degree in business administration with a dual specialization in Human Resource and Finance. She is a keen researcher and is passionate about management and human psychology.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature and outdoors, as well as playing with her pets. Her hobbies include cooking and swimming.
