Dhriti Pant is a Senior Program Associate with the Energy Program at WRI India. In her role, she supports the team in evaluating the impact of various projects through monitoring and derives valuable insights from them.

Before joining WRI India, Dhriti worked in the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team at Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives, where she focused on program design, grant assessment, evaluation, and learning. Her field visits allowed her to gain firsthand experience in understanding the impact of grants provided to organizations working with vulnerable individuals and communities.

Dhriti’s passion lies in analyzing data from both qualitative and quantitative sources to uncover why interventions succeed or fail. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University and a Bachelor’s degree in History, Economics, and Political Science from Christ University, Bengaluru.

Apart from her professional pursuits, Dhriti has a soft spot for dogs, appreciating their unwavering love regardless of gender, caste, or creed. She enjoys traveling, watching movies, playing badminton, and finds solace in cleaning.
