Bio

Anubhuti Gupta is the Lead coordinator for the Leaders in Climate Change Management (LCCM) Program at WRI India. Her role includes managing the overall project, building stakeholder relationships, building the course curriculum in collaboration with WRI India’s partners and designing and implementing the technical systems essential to running the LCCM program.

Anubhuti joins WRI India with over 15 years of experience. She started her career in the corporate sector with GE Capital in Melbourne and gradually moved into HR Development, with focus on learning and capability building across industry sectors (retail, insurance, manufacturing, etc). She has project experience across India, France, UK and Australia. In past few years she has focused on research, exploring the areas of gender, financial inclusion, agri-tech and mental wellness. Her recent clients included Gates Foundation, HEC Paris, and X-Leap. Her latest research work includes supervising collation of 100 business models for 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), hosted by HEC Paris.

Anubhuti holds one master’s in Management of Eco-innovation (UVSQ) from Université Paris-Saclay, France and another in HRD & Consulting from Lancaster University, UK. She completed her bachelor’s in English Literature from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.

In her personal time Anubhuti loves to write and learn about human behavior. She is currently based in Delhi and lives with her daughter Saavi, son Neer and husband Nimish.
