Akshatha Hegde is a Senior Project Associate in the Energy Program at WRI India. Based in Bengaluru, she manages event logistics, travel arrangements, and vendor contracts for communication-related services. Akshatha actively participates in national and international hybrid events and provides essential administrative support to the program team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of meetings and events.

Before joining WRI India, Akshatha worked for over nine years with Passport Seva, an initiative by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, where she specialized in operations management, administration, customer service, and documentation. She also has extensive experience in startups, where she designed and optimized finance administrative processes.

Akshatha holds a Master of Commerce from Delhi University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places and cultures, and practicing yoga.
