Aanchal Nijhawan is the Senior Manager – Organizational Development at WRI India. She manages the performance management system, promotion process, career tracks, and talent management, and is responsible for driving employee engagement across the India team.

Before joining WRI India, Aanchal worked with the Prosus group (PayU and OLX), where she managed multiple global HR initiatives. She has successfully led the implementation of a new performance management system, developed a hybrid working policy, and built succession pipelines. Her ability to align HR strategies with business goals has contributed to strong internal growth and organizational development. Aanchal has also worked with Asahi Glass, InterGlobe Technologies, and Tata Consultancy Services.

She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis, Pune, and a B.Tech in Information Technology.

Outside of work, Aanchal enjoys traveling to new destinations and is an animal lover dedicated to supporting stray communities.
