Aadrika is a Manager in the Climate, Economics and Finance program at WRI India, where she works on expanding WRI India’s efforts on green skills and green jobs in India.

Before joining WRI India, Aadrika worked with PwC, the National Skill Development Corporation, and the Piramal Foundation. In these roles, she partnered with government departments and central ministries to support the design and implementation of skilling and education initiatives across India. Her work has focused on integrating vulnerable and marginalized groups into mainstream development programs and interventions.

Aadrika holds a graduate degree in commerce and a master’s degree in Sustainable Development Practices from TERI University.

Outside of work, she enjoys painting, writing poems and short stories, and reading murder mysteries and biographies. She also practices boxing as a way to stay active and unwind.
