Bio

Mitali Dohroo is a Human Resource (HR) Manager at WRI India. She leads Learning and Development for the India office and works on Talent Management functions. She is an active member of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) committees, both at the India as well as the Global office. She also works on developing HR policies and procedures and ensuring Employee Engagement at the institute.

Mitali holds a master’s in HR and is currently pursuing a Ph.D in the same field. Her area of research is Leadership, Organisation Culture and Human Resource Practices. Mitali has published her work on Green and Sustainable Human Resource Practices, Ethical leadership, High Performing organisations and Culture.

She is a DEI enthusiast, always striving to create conducive workplaces. Mitali has a varied experience of working with Big Four consultancies, corporates, start-ups as well as with the academia.

She loves to travel, read books, practice meditation and bake for friends and family.
