Green hydrogen is emerging as a cornerstone of global decarbonisation, and scaling it safely will require strong standards, clear regulations, and robust safety protocols across the value chain. The India-UK Conference on Green Hydrogen Standards and Safety Protocols brings together stakeholders from government, industry, testing institutions, research organizations, standards bodies, and regulators from India, the UK, and beyond to advance practical pathways for safe and reliable green hydrogen deployment. 

The conference will serve as a platform for knowledge exchange on evolving standards landscapes, technical and regulatory challenges, risk management approaches, and global best practices across production, storage, transport, distribution, and end-use applications. It will also highlight capacity-building priorities and opportunities to strengthen alignment between Indian and global frameworks—supporting interoperability, investor confidence, and safety-by-design under India’s National Green Hydrogen Mission.
